Scope
- Contact prospective customers via telephone to discuss product information and referrals to distributors, retailers, and direct sellers.
- Responds to social media inquiries and transforms social media leads into sales.
- Promptly endorse customer inquiries and concerns to concerned Departments, such as Sales, Credit and Collection, Logistics.
- Facilitate communication with internal contacts to address customers’ concerns.
- Maintain good relationship with existing customers by frequently communicating with them in promoting discounts, rebates, promos.
- Maintain a comprehensive customer log of online sales and service inquiries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Communications, or in any related field.
- With at least two (2) years working experience as sales agent, preferably in a manufacturing of feeds setting.
- Excellent communication skills – persuasive and problem solver Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
- Persistent and results-oriented.
